In this workshop, all kinds of hydraulic parts such as actuators, hydraulic pumps, fuses, hydraulic dampers, sensors, etc. are repaired. Types of hydraulic parts and systems tested in the hydraulic workshop:
This workshop, with the help of trained experienced engineers and with the Part 145 license from the Civil Aviation Organization (MOA) in the category C8, C14, is currently serving the domestic airlines.
This workshop intends to start working on all types of hydraulic pumps soon after receiving the C12 repair category.
Since these parts work with SKYDROL 500-B4 hydraulics, which is very corrosive, there is a need for packings and o-rings resistant to this fluid, so EPDM materials are used in the manufacture of these seals, packings and o-rings.
Skydrol testing is also done in this workshop.
Aircraft hydraulic system is a system that uses fluid pressure to transfer energy. The hydraulic system uses engine power to create hydraulic power, which is done by a hydraulic pump. This hydraulic force is distributed through pipes and lines in all parts of the aircraft. Hydraulic power is used to operate complex systems such as control surfaces.
