DESIGN & MANUFACTURE OF FUEL TEST BENCH
In this workshop, maintenance of many types of fuel components such as FCU of auxiliary power plant unit (APU), main fuel control unit(MFCU), and many types of valves such as shutoff valve and turbine clearance valve and various other parts are conducted.
This device is under construction with the capability to test various fuel controllers on helicopter engines and APUs as the first domestically manufactured operational model, with a flow rate of PPH2000, a working pressure of 60 bar, and a drive speed of 4500 RPM.
This device has the capability to test various aircraft fuel control units (APUs). Some of the part numbers of the FCUs related to different APUs that are tested by this device are as follows:

This test device can also be used on various helicopter FCUs and small engines. Engines such as the PW100 and PW125, which have the main fuel control unit with part numbers 3244817 and 3244858, are examples of this.
