CREW OXYGEN MASK TEST BENCH
Design and manufacture of a pilot and crew oxygen mask test device has been carried out for the first time by Mahan Irik Iranians Company. This device, with the ability to test air masks up to an altitude of 50,000 feet and a vacuum rate of 60 cubic meters per hour with an accuracy of 0.1 millibars, covers a wide range of these parts.
In this workshop, repairing, testing and overhauling all kinds of Crew Oxygen masks with Part Number MC10 and MF10 related to Airbus, Boeing, Fokker, Bombardier and other types of aircrafts are conducted. Also, repairing and testing STOWAGE BOX related to aircrafts’ types can be performed.
Considering the existing technical journals, different types of Oxygen regulators with part number 29261-7E which are related to Boeing MD are repaired and tested.
Having trained and expert personnel and a variety of specialized tools, this workshop can conduct the best repairs.
The best repairs can be done in this workshop through using Overhaul kits, valid parts, spare parts with form 1 made from the best brands in the world.
Using CREW OXYGEN MASK test bench with IMA-COM01 part number, which can test parts up to fifty thousand feet, all kinds of High Capability oxygen masks and regulators can be tested.
It should be noted that this device has a knowledge-based license from from the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology.
This workshop has the ability to increase the capability list of crew oxygen mask.
