HYDRAULIC WORKSHOP
In this workshop, all kinds of hydraulic parts such as actuators, hydraulic pumps, fuses, hydraulic dampers, sensors, etc are repaired.
Types of parts and hydraulic systems tested in the hydraulic workshop:
Engine Driven Pump
Variable Displacement Hydraulic Pump
Accumulator
Pump Motor Package
This workshop is currently serving the airlines of the country due to the expert trained engineers and having the Part 145 license from the Civil Aviation Organization (MOA) in the C8, C14 category.
This workshop plans to start working on all types of hydraulic pumps soon by getting C12 repair category
Since these parts work with 500-B4 SKYDROL hydraulics, which is highly corrosive, there is a need for packing and O-rings that are durable against this fluid, so EPDM material is used in the construction of these seals, packing and O- ring.
Also, Skydrol testing is performed in this workshop.
The aircraft hydraulic system is a system that uses fluid pressure to transfer energy. The hydraulic system utilizes the engine’s power to create hydraulic force, which is accomplished by a hydraulic pump. This hydraulic force is distributed to all parts of the aircraft through pipes and lines. Hydraulic power is used to operate complex systems such as control surfaces.
